Worcester After School Program and Doty Community Connections (DCC) are childcare programs that are offered at Doty. They will run simultaneous again this year, with Worcester A.S.P. (WASP providing daily childcare and DCC providing enrichment programs in which parents can enroll their children. The staffs for both are the same, exceptions being the special providers that present their programs.
HOURS
WASP: 7am to 8:30am, 3:35pm to 5:30pm
Starts the first day of school. Opened during the school year and some in-service days, holidays and vacations.

This is very important, as I must make sure I have the right number of staff available to meet Vermont state child care licensing standards and see to kids needs!*
DCC: 3:35pm to 5:30pm (generally, special programs may vary)

FEES – are on a sliding scale, please pay the amount your family can honestly afford, within the ranges given below.
WASP: Morning program is $5.00- $7.00 a day per child. Drop-ins are $7.00 a day
After school program is $7.00- $10.00 a day per child. Drop-ins are $10 a day,
minimum of $8.00 with 24 or more hours notice.
1/2 the daily fee will be charged for children that are registered for specific days and do not attend.(i.e. doctor's appointments, sicknesses, etc.)
DCC: After school programs are $7.00-$10.00 a day per child, certain programs may require an extra transportation, materials or special provider fee, please refer to each program’s brochure.
BILLING
Worcester A.S.P. will once bill on a bi-weekly basis, all payments are due a week after the billing. If an account becomes past due by more than 30 days and/or totals $100 or more, the privilege of attending the program will be suspended. Attendance can resume when a payment arrangement has been made with the program director or payment has been made in-full. For late pick-ups families will be charged $5.00 for every 15 minutes they are late past 5:30 p.m.
Doty Community Connections charges one half of the fee at the time of enrollment and the remainder will be billed monthly. Families will be billed for all classes they have sign-up for and will not be refunded unless arrangements have been made with the programs site coordinator. For this program families will also be charged $5.00 for every 15 minutes they are late past 5:30pm.
